Sentes Automotive has four dealership locations in the valley including Lexus of Kelowna, Kelowna Mercedes-Benz, Kelowna Infiniti Nissan, and Vernon Nissan. We are a family owned, progressive and dynamic automotive group. We excel in the areas of training, technology, facilities, process and developing new talent. Our dealership locations span across Kelowna and Vernon. Each of the four locations operate separately, yet our operations team provides group resources and support, collectively. The Position

  • The Sales Consultant is a primary conduit through which we build our client relationships and as a Sales Consultant, you market yourself, our brand and our organization each day. You are a bright, energetic, driven individual who believes that the path to success is paved with hard work, dedication, and exceptional relationship building.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and General Manager
  • This position is full time and starting as soon as possible
  • Hours of 8:30pm – 6:00pm, working Monday – Saturday with a weekday off (closed Sundays and statutory holidays)


The Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a retail / commission sales environment
  • Dealership experience is an asset
  • Luxury brand experience is an asset
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Valid and clean driver’s abstract
  • One-Eighty experience is an asset
