Refund/Return Policy (Parts):
If you are dissatisfied with your part purchase for any reason, you may, so long as the product has not been installed, assembled or damaged by you, return it (freight prepaid) within 15 days of shipment for a refund or replacement (subject to product availability and inspection). The part returned, must be in the exact condition as when it was shipped to you. Non-defective product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. All returns are also subject to inspection prior to refund or replacement. In order to return an item, you need to obtain a Return Authorization number by calling 1-800-550-9722 and providing invoice number, part number(s), and reason for return. No returns will be accepted under any circumstance without a Return Authorization number. Note: Electronic components such as lights, bulbs, ignition parts, relays, sensors and switches will not receive a refund if the packaging has been opened or installation has been attempted.
