Kelowna Mercedes-Benz – Service Valet

 

Kelowna Mercedes-Benz is looking for a rockstar to join our dealership team as a Service Valet. This is a great entry level opportunity into the automotive industry. The Service Valet is at the forefront of our clients’ service relationship and in this position, you are responsible for logistics and organization of client pick-up and drop-offs, including vehicle preparation and delivery for the client.  We are looking for a bright, energetic, solution-oriented individual who believes that the path to success is paved with hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service. This position is full time, with the potential of being Tuesday – Saturday or Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, available immediately. Apply for more information! 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Be able to present professionally and work with all clientele 
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Able to work with all levels of management and staff
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean abstract
  • Be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Be available to work full time/flexible hours
  • *No auto experience required as we are willing to provide training for the right individual

Job duties:

  • Greeting and assisting service customers 
  • Moving vehicles on lot and to other locations  
  • Assisting service advisors and technicians
  • Inspecting and preparing customer vehicles for pick-up
  • Service reception duties 
  • Various other support activities for the dealership
