Kelowna Mercedes-Benz is a part of Sentes Automotive – a locally family-owned retail auto dealership group whose roots in Kelowna date back to 1993.

In 1996, Rick Sentes approached Mercedes-Benz of Canada with a keen interest in bringing the German luxury brand back to the Okanagan Valley after a two-year franchise absence. By 1997, Mercedes-Benz Canada granted Rick the right to a service agreement for the luxury brand and in 1998, the Mercedes-Benz brand became a full sales and service operation housed within the Infiniti Nissan dealership. In 2002 Rick separated Kelowna Infiniti Nissan and Kelowna Mercedes-Benz and built two new state-of-the-art facilities.

The dealership was awarded the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Canada Star Dealer award from 2005 to 2008 as well as 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2021. This award is recognition from Mercedes-Benz Canada for the top 9 of 59 dealers in Canada based on performance in sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

Kelowna Mercedes-Benz offers new and pre-owned vehicle sales along with full after-sales service centre with factory parts and genuine accessories, and employs over 60 team members who are committed to serving our clients and community with passion and dedication.

Kelowna Mercedes-Benz has now moved into their new state-of-the-art luxury dealership, replacing the original facility built in 2002. The 50,000 square foot, 3 story dealership featuring roof top vehicle parking is now open ready to serve all clients.
